Abstract

Family friendly policies are designed as a means of providing some form of redress to the imbalance that modern employment law has on our role as part of a family. The policies effectively offer rights and protection to individuals who wish to have a greater role at the centre of their family, but do not want to jeopardise their career by doing so. This paper offers navigation through these rights.
