Abstract
Crisis response tests the limits of information technologies which aim to support collaboration. This paper develops a vision of IT supported ‘agile response’ and explores the potential and challenges for workflows in this context. We delineate ‘collaborative agile workflows’ as a candidate response to these challenges.
