Abstract
An ethnographic and comic stroll through London, looking to see what the fuss about food there is really all about. This essay in the 'sociology of the individual' finds that the logic of the food and restaurant industry in London is really all about 'multiples', and that the good reputation of the food scene in London is often the outcome of bad faith.
