This document is intended to explain how the Voter Model has been constructed and describe the data that has been used to assign characteristics to agents and their environments. It is split into five main sections. The first section introduce the basic structure of the model, the second section describes the characteristics that were assigned to the agents at the initialisation stage of the model and the data that was used to initialise agents. The third section describes the dynamic aspects of the model. It explains how agents evolve as the model progresses and how characteristics are subject to change as agents interact with each other and their environment within the model. The fourth section explains how these various dynamic aspects of agent characteristics and engagement with their environment influences their decision on whether to vote or not. The fifth section outlines how the assumptions that inform the overall voter model have been validated
