Abstract

This is a report into disabled students' access to practice learning within social work courses in the UK. The authors take a social model approach to analysing the issues and there recommendations for good practice are intended to maximise inclusion of disabled people within social work. One of the most significant barriers that they identify is the attitudes of non-disabled social workers.
