Abstract

The advancement of Rapid Manufacturing (RM) has ushered the possibility of realising complex designs. This paper identifies the potential applications of RM in the spare parts industry. It further underlines the need for a fully functional RM supply chain before proposing an e-business enabled business model for RM technologies
