Abstract

Observations at La Jolla of nonlinea rmagnetic ringing seem to have demonstrated the existence of significant deviations from the predictions of "simple pendulum" models of dynamic magnetism in superfluid 3He. The experiments, by Webb, Sager and Wheatley (Phys. Rev. Left., 35, 1010; 1975) can, however, be regarded as confirming the general correctness of the by now well-accepted pairing theory of the superfluidity
