The establishment of the Cyber Leadership Forum (CLF) emerges from a simple but increasingly urgent reality: cyber security is no longer just a technical challenge. It is a leadership challenge. It is an organisational challenge. It is a societal challenge. As digital technologies, artificial intelligence, interconnected systems, and emerging cyber risks reshape economies and societies, organisations require leaders who can navigate uncertainty responsibly, build trust, foster resilience, and create positive societal impact. Yet many existing cyber conversations remain dominated by technology, compliance, and risk management, often overlooking the human, organisational, and ethical dimensions of digital transformation. The Cyber Leadership Forum was created to address this gap.
