Empowered Growth is a Lancaster University initiative designed to enhance postgraduate professional development by combining the LifeComp framework with LinkedIn Learning . The project supports students in developing key personal, social and learning-to-learn competences, helping them reflect on their skills, strengthen employability, and take greater ownership of their professional growth. It provides a structured way for students to connect academic study with lifelong learning, career readiness and personal development.
