The design of transverse electric (TE) mode cavities offers new opportunities for beam manipulation and beam-quality improvement. We present a field-driven methodology for synthesizing multipolar TE-mode cavities by superimposing cylindrical standing-wave solutions and enforcing perfect electric conductor boundary conditions through sequential quadratic programming. This procedure produces hybrid cavity geometries that are validated against eigenmode simulations in , with examples including TE { 0 , 2 } 1 and TE { 2 , 4 } 1 hybrid modes. The results demonstrate that prescribed multipolar content can be realized with high modal purity and initial superposition of the multipolar components is preserved. While the present study focuses on methodology and validation, the approach provides the foundation for future applications such as integrated emittance correction and chromaticity compensation.
