Abstract
The first in a series of reports that aims to build a profile of families in private law proceedings, and their pathways and outcomes in England and Wales. The current report develops a demographic profile of the families involved in Wales, including levels of deprivation, the patters of orders applied for, and the proportion of repeat applications.
