→ Organizations are increasingly incorporating generative AI systems into their workflows to achieve efficiency and automation. → GenAI is built on large language models, but a comprehensive evaluation of their ethics and values is still lacking. → This article focuses on the interplay of ethics, values, and GenAI and presents actionable steps for those engaging with these technologies.
