How can we make sure teaching leadership is seen—and treated—as just as important as research when it comes to recognition and career growth? When we're recognising teaching leadership, what kind of evidence really matters—and how do we make that fair and consistent? What does it actually look like when teaching leadership is properly built into promotion and reward systems—not just added on the side?
