Abstract

Gerry Davies was invited to spend a period of research at Bantwood to develop a new suite of drawing in response to the house, its collections, Ruskin's legacy as an advocate of drawing and particularly Ruskin's early concerns for climate change. The new drawings re-imagined Brantwood submerged under rising sea levels. They were exhibited at Brantwood at the end of the residency.
