The CEO of Community Futures, Denise Partington and award-winning researcher from Spectrum Centre, Paul Marshall joined an experiment, whereby they were asked to shadow each other at work for a day. In this episode they talk to Rod Leiper and openly share their thoughts and feelings - from their original hesitation to surprising observations and newly developed appreciation for the other's sector.
