As anxiety is perceived as an emotion which can influence people’s behavior and decisions, particularly, in this thesis we develop and validate a scale for anxiety over land and forest fire, we study the impact and the role of anxiety over land and forest fire as an emotional factor in affecting residents’ intention to consume environmentally friendly products and comply with warning messages as a coping response.
