Abstract

More dramatically than ever, smart homes are affecting the lives of those who inhabit them. The ACM CHI Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems is renowned for its focus on how technology impacts peoples lives. In this issue, we highlight research presented at CHI 2018 that explores living in, and interacting with, smart homes.
