Presents a cultural political economy approach to regional identity, regional economic strategy, and competing regional economic imaginaries in context of the dialectics of globalization-regionalization, territorialization and the space of flows, and the conditions for effective regional strategy. Also discusses different forms of resistance in terms of a territory-place-scale network dynamic in spatial organization.
